Which way to learn depends on your own preferences and discipline to sit down and study on your own. Some people don’t have the time or the money to go to an established school or they fear the public ridicule of having to speak a new language in front of others.

I feel software is may be better for me than books. I hear Rosetta Stone is the best,but I know some basic conversational spanish already, and I’m hispanic and my parents speak it, so I would only spend that much If I had know clue. Even though I know some spanish I would like to start over at a beginners level. I need somthing that is also good with learning to pronounce words too. I just saw the Rosetta website $550 for all three levels! Or about 225 a peice.
