Actually that sounds yummy. I would just make sure to have something non-spicy in case anyone has an irritated stomach and to add something kind of cold and sweet like pineapple as a side incase someone is more sensitive to the spice (I am so I’m speaking from a personal perspective) Otherwise, are we invited?

Some high schools in the United States offer programming courses. They do not count as a foreign language. Usually they either count as a science credit, or most often an elective. The only way to get foreign language credits is to actually take a foreign language.

Please let me know if you find a way. I’d want to learn Spanish, but the price is waaaaaay beyond my budget. I’ve tried some of the others and have had no success at all.

there are a lot of websites where you can learn basic grammar. If you go to google and search for “free spanish lessons” you’ll get a lot of results.

Another question..do you have any family members who speak spanish? If you do that is an even better way to learn.

Also, most public libraries have “learn spanish” books that come with audio so that you can hear the pronunciations.

To enhance your chances of learning you can also watch spanish soap operas and use a dictionary to look for words you’re not sure of.

It took me until I could live the language to become fluent. I probably would have been much more fluent much sooner, had I been able to live immersed after about 5 or 6 years of study.

If you want to get fluent fastest, the thing to do is live in a Spanish speaking country, and take language lessons there. The more you surround yourself with Spanish, and isolate yourself from your native language (I assume English), the faster you will become fluent, but it is really important (depending on how you intend to use it) to learn the grammar, as well.
