Thats not really a question, but the rosettastone CDs have always been a great help. Buy them online!

PS Im one of them “one of those typical white kids” who REALLY REALLY DOES NOT want to be asian. But I am learning Japanese, have just spent two weeks in Japan and have found that they are the welcoming section of the Asian community, which I would love to be a part of! With the exception of this I would not like to be any other part of the Asian community because of their ability to be so unwelcoming to people who want to learn languages such as Japanese, as has been proved by the post below. I actually study a lot of Asian languages, not to BE an Asian but to have the skills so that I can converse with people from different backgrounds, and be as welcoming to them as the Japanese were to me. If only everybody were like them, and not so paranoid as the poster below!!! Don’t you agree Poster No. 2?
Also, I have better things to do with my life than argue about me being some sort of asian-wannabe. I respect the question writer for wanting to learn other languages, and would like to encourage them to continue.

I recommend you these two web sites one to learn spanish and another to learn japanese.
And Rosetta stone is a waste of time you learn only useless vocabulary and you need to stay in from of your computer all the time.
